Is Their Hope For C. R. Bard’s Mesh Victims?

The momentum in settling the lawsuits against infamous Composix Kugel Mesh manufacturer, C.R. Bard, could mean good news for numerous victims of the hernia mesh. The given blog tries to shed some light on the corporate giant and why patients are rallying up against them.     Early this year, a large number of  abdominal hernia mesh lawsuit  and multidistrict litigations (MDL) against hernia mesh manufacturer C.R. Bard and its subsidiary, Davol, were heading towards bellwether trials in the Rhode Island state. On the other part of the country, several MDLs were equally gaining momentum and moving swiftly towards the same fate.  These actions against the pharmaceutical giant and its economic subsidiary could finally mean justice for the patients injured by the medical devices produced by the company.
